Truckee has marshals and they assign you a spot number when you land. Each circle has a number so you know where to park.

    Looks like this.

Moab also had the circles to park in. I'm not sure if they still do or not as it has been awhile since I have been there.

FEMA air ambulances stacking up on the ramp this morning to help along the gulf coast after Harvey. We're up to twelve helicopters and two Pilatus airplanes.

Our company has received about a dozen calls this morning alone from people needing assistance and the phone hasn't stopped ringing yet.

Back from deployment. Here is a video of a low level through the Scottish highlands. Absolutely beautiful country, especially from the air.

Great choice for the music! Even though "the boys" are Irish ;)

Excellent video, I thoroughly enjoyed that!

Oh my god can I be you

Random question anyone can answer for me...Do fighter pilots really wear diapers in the event of needing to use the facilities?

Google "piddle pack." There's a reason the military flight suit zipper starts at both the top and bottom.

Ah yes that's more along the lines of what I thought. Someone told me the diaper thing and I didn't believe them. Sitting in a puddle of pee sounds horrible!
Same reason my hunting jumpsuit zipper starts at the bottom too!

    Nice. Very nice.

If you ever get to Dayton Ohio, visit the United States Air Force museum. Incredible. Love the displays, and there are A LOT of aircraft.

My grandfather's C-124 is on display there.
