I put a 95 and 99 door on my 01. I did cut them up but no problems and they look the same. Not sure what they came off (extra cab, double, reg) as I got them from a buddies junkyard

Changed out fuel filter, cleaned MAF, and greased the drive shaft today. All I have left is plugs/wires and cleaning the throttle body to complete my little tuneup. Will probably knock that out on Wednesday

The difference already is pretty noticeable. Engine seems a little peppier and running nice and smooth, according to my butt dyno. Also noticed about a steady .5-1mpg increase (Ultragauge) on my daily commute, even with more traffic than I normally see!

Whatcha got smeared all over your uniballs? I thought about putting a little grease in there to limit the amount of debri getting around the uniball. But after 4 years or so (just disassembled and cleaned em) the Teflon looks like it's still in pretty good shape with minimal maintenance, as in keeping them clean. Just been using the tri flow.

Spent the day reinstalling brush guard and getting all of my accessory wiring back in place after my frame swap. Repainted the plastic above the chrome "bumper" on the front. By the way, Dupli-color Universal Silver Metallic is an extremely close match to Lunar Mist. Good enough for my old truck, for sure.

keep using the teflon. Normal grease will attract dirt.

That's what the zerk fittings are for. Grease for the bushings! Not the Uniballs.

    Reserected from the dead.

I own both, I'll measure the standard cab and the x cab in the morning for you. I'm pretty sure they are the same door.

I always gased up at every 1/4 were I had at least 300 miles on mileage A. So I think I could have gotten close to 345 or more if I waited till empty light came on... Didn't want to get stuck on I95 lol
