I have a M/T so I can't comment on SSP - however, I still use a pedal commander with 1.01b. As someone just posted - I consider it a tool. When offroad, I turn it off.

 

i used it (the Pedal Commander) 100% of the time until i installed 1.01a, and it's still off the truck. but I've been thinking of playing with it, but I'll wait for 1.02 first.

what Commander setting do you use and how do you like it? pros/cons? i used Sport 1 or 2 with the factory tune before the OV tune.

 

Would be cool that for those of us who have been waiting for a few weeks if we could get in on that....cough...

today, had a friend run shuttle for us while we ran the Upper and Middle Ocoee with the 1.01b tune... when we got to the takeout he immediately said, "that thing will haul ass, won't it?" Before the tune people asked me if something was wrong with my truck...

Yall knew the price you were paying and the predicament OP was in for dongles. If you ordered a couple days ago I could see it but..

 

I missed it by a few days, I honestly didn't think there would ever be another sale on this again.

 

For the people who buy the product now, do they get free upgrades to newer tunes such as 1.02?

 

If you buy now or anytime in the last few days I'm pretty positive you'll get only the 1.02. Matt may chime in an say otherwise, but with the fact there is a 4-6ish week wait on getting the product in the mail and Tuesday he's finalizing 1.02 I couldn't imagine him sending out anymore 1.01b's.

 

All new kits going out will get 1.02. I believe new kits will get all future upgrades until it is out of beta phase. New orders this weekend is still considered "early adaptors".

 

Any idea what 1.02 will have or improve on?? I'm running 1.01b and 4:88's, I'm pretty much loving this thing now!! Can't wait to see what 1.02 will do!!

 

people who were in on 1.01a were early adopters

 

What size tires are you running and how did the 4:88's change mileage? Been thinking about doing a gear swap. Already ordered the OV Tune!

 

285/70/17...Not much but, helped the overall performance of the truck on and off-road!
