    Grilled and smoked some wings yesterday evening. And started breaking in a 14 pound cast iron wok for the Vortex.

    Think steaks and beans on the kettle today and smoke my bacon tomorrow and do some burnt ends with some of it. Maybe with some smoked mac n cheese. And get ready for hunting season just in case actually get to go.

    No idea what this fight club thing is. But do know a universal rule around the world is don't bring a knife to a gun fight. I do know the Boy Scout first rule is be prepared, or something along those lines.
