You should get the kart running and turn lawn into a big donut zone.

If it was a shifter it'd get more use.

    Morning all!

Daughter's boyfriend is coming over this afternoon. It just happened that I went shooting last weekend and didn't have a chance to clean the guns. I guess I'll be busy about that time... :D

Never did get to play with those knarly beasties. My father built a 125 sit-up endro after I had moved to the Right coast. I used to race sprints when the Brigs flatheads were popular. I ran stock light, heavy and super stock. Got to run a Brigs limited modified, that was cool, nothing like a 4 stroke single cylinder turning 10k rpm. It had enough bottom end you could pick up the inside front tire off the track and carry it through the corner. It would shit and git.

Think I saw a commercial for the race. Caught a glimpse of Mark Martin's #6 Folgers T-Bird. My favorite driver.

The shifter endro was joint effort between my father and friend of his, the friend's daughter raced it. She was clocked at 120mph at Gateway Int on the front straight of the road course. Dad said there was group of them running close to 130 in the draft.

The shifters are too cool. I got in and out of the hobby fast. Got the kart on a trade for my 1/5 scale rc stuff when track closed. Kart track isn't close so it made for a long day of fun that I would feel the next day.

They did that everywhere. They even did it the first race on my rc race car. Big X on the roof.
I took it off after the race since I won it. They checked my motor for tampering.everyone was pissed.
Wouldn't let me run untill I changed motors. So bought another motor from a guy there and put it in. Was in the lead again untill someone went accross the track infield and t boned me. So I packed up went home and sold everything.
