    Im in for bracket #1.

Nearly got smashed yesterday on the freeway and the lady couldnt hear my horn. Hell, I could barely hear this little squeak. Had to mount the shoulder to avoid getting reverse fishtailed.

YouTube shows the Roadmasters having the same 4 notes. Those were a great car. I'd rather have had one of those over a Caddy as it was before Caddy shared engines with Chevy. Roadmasters had an ironhead LT1.

Definitely interested in these! My only is question is for the 2nd gen owners, being a partial idiot when it comes to wiring, how exactly are these interfaced with the existing horn connections? I assume they need to be cut but from there where do I go?

I'm in for option #2. Send me the details please.

Not that I care (because I really don't, I'm titled in New Mexico) but are these legal in Los Angeles/California?

These came off of existing vehicles (Cadillac DeVilles, Buick Roadmasters, etc) so they are regulated and approved for use.

I'm not familiar with the 2nd gen horn wiring, but the first gen stock horn harness (at least 1998-2000) can fit a standard spade connector. This system will work with any vehicle that sends a 12v pulse to the stock horn when the horn is activated.

If you have some kind of proprietary horn connector, you would have to splice into the wire.

Okay guys a little update: I've been at a couple junkyards over the weekend. After combing through about 300 different Cadillacs and GM sedans I've exhausted the supply of Delco-Remy horns in the East Bay Area. Only a select number of sedans manufactured from the 80's through the early 90's had these horns. Some cars had two, some cars had four, some had only one.

Those who I have already contacted and have replied and have paid the deposit will be getting their setup. I do have enough for a couple more setups outside of these people - I'll be contacting the people in order of who contacted me first.

Sorry about that guys - didn't expect this many people would be interested.

I'm going to have to backout. Was looking at my setup this past weekend and realized the lower valence is taken up by my bumper so I won't have enough room to mount this anywhere. Good luck tho
