I have the 4 cam 4.3 cylinder I'm looking for a company that makes performance cams for my 98 tacoma SR5. Anyone know of a company?

Check again for what engine you have. It's a 3.4.
I think Toyota's grinds are as close to RV or boat cams as you'd find.

I would not think so, because it's not a performance engine that would draw enough attention for off the shelf bits like this.

If you know what specs you want, places like CompCams will make them for you.

I suspect that a S/C would give you a lot more $/hp bang for your buck though.

But lets see if @Torspd has any tips up his sleeve on the topic.

Check with LC Engineering and Paradise Racing.

There are a set of Cams from another engine which bolt right in. The rumored engine. @Brice knows the specific engine, as another member spoke of it in his build thread.

    Yes Camry cams fit.
The engine they come from is the 3vz-fe engine which has a smaller bore and revs higher than the 5vzfe. The 5vzfe is the 3.4 V6 in your truck.

    The 5vzfe makes 190hp @ 4800rpm and 220 ftlbs @3600rpm
The 3vzfe makes something like 150hp.

Another guy with a a fully forged build is going to use them. If your looking for performance you'll need more than cams, you'll need something to tune with. And the Camry cams aren't exactly performance either, they just extend the power band a bit, nothing too major as far as we can tell, but still worth it if you want the extra rpms for a turbo. You'll also need new valve springs, shims and followers to use any cam that isn't stock.

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
If I can find a cheap test mule motor I'll be putting the Camry cams in it to see if the factory each can at least run it. But to take advantage of the cams you need springs. And ecu work to raise the rev limiter.

But there is photos in my build thread showing my old heads with Camry cams installed in the heads. It all seems to line up.
