Just kidding, that test might be a level 1 or whatever the lowest level of of cicerone is. It looks a lot more in depth than the cbs test

I think you need to take the CBS test first, but don't quote me on that. You'll definitely want to get a book and study for the actual cicerone test though. I've heard it's pretty tough. As you can see from just that practice test, you need to know about everything beer related. Food pairing, how to brew, glass styles, hops, malts, how to properly taste and evaluate the beer.

Definitely would be fun to do though! I plan to one day

Yes, I understand that it's only the beginning of September.

    BUT

The leaves are starting to change and fall. Owls and bats are flying around the house. My neighbor has pumpkins out front.

    Let me have this one.

    From Sloop's IG:
Sloop - "Yard IPA is a Collaboration between Sloop Brewing and stoneyardbrewingcompany. It's a Double Dry Hopped IPA that has ZERO IBUs. No boil hops were used in this beer. It has a soft mouth feel and bright hop profile featuring hops from the United States and New Zealand. Tasting notes jammed full of mango, papaya, and honeydew melon. At 6% abv and no bitterness this beer was designed to be extremely drinkable."

Sounds like spiked fruit juice to me. o_O

Last night at the Pondarosa Brewery. A ghost train IPA for me and a Blueberry stout for the wife. Both were on the light side.IMG_1431.jpg
