"1" next to a speed dial name

This "1" just showed up. Can't figure out why. Any ideas?

Not sure. Out of the 4 presets, only two have the "1"

 

Do you have more than one number for that contact. E.g. Home and cell?

 

More than one number associated with that contact.

There's a seperate manual for just the info-tainment system.

 

That's the one I looked in. The thinner one.

 

It's not in the manual, or at least I couldn't find it either. I found it by accident when cleaning out my contacts, one that I had on speed dial had two cell numbers. Removed the second mobile number and the "1" went away. I might have removed and added the speed dial back, can't remember.

 

Yes, it is the same number more than once for a contact. It was a lot of head scratching until I figured it out.

Also if you have a contact with three numbers total you'll see a (2) there as it indicates the number of other numbers available for the contact.

I added numbers for the multiple lines at the wifes work and her name has a (2) by it as there are three total numbers listed for her contact.
