Normal carnage. Shit was wet and slippery. Today was better. Only lost a running board on an FJ.
Blues and running boards do not mix. Ever.

I only know about the one that was on a trail. Luckily she went off the shallow side. The drop offs here are incredible.20170903_145649.jpg In many places your tires are inches away from the edge of a severe drop.

It's not really that bad. Wendy did get out of the truck once today. Was leaning heavily right near the edge. She said one of us had to be around for the kids. lmao

I had more of a pucker moment yesterday. Trail 36, heading downhill, steep section, nasty clay mud. Got the truck almost sideways, no front axle to pull me straight. It was the quickest way off the mountain for me, but blue trail in those conditions with 2wd sucked. Thankful for my tow truck @M192. Also acted as a moveable winch anchor and helped me fix both CVs.
Damn good trail partner and friend, and a great guy.

It was one FJ and one 4Runner. The 4Runner was on Thursday. He was doing a u-turn on a paved road and didn't see the huge ditch along the road. He completely flipped his rig upside down but still drove it all weekend. The FJ was a woman from Nevada I believe. They pulled her out and her rig was still road-worthy.

Awesome. Research and exploring is half the fun. I'm always looking over maps and such to find new places.

This was a tunnel a bit farther along the tracks. Had no clue where it was but a nice lady from Georgia in an FJ told us.

Friend tried to tell us how to get there but we never found it because I'm retarded. I'll take you up on the accurate directions if you are still offering as I'm going back in a couple weeks.
