I'm going to get a camper shell soon...so that'll postpone the vinyl wrap, re-gear and front air locker for my truck...but, definitely looking forward to your future mods! I'll basically be following your footsteps. Ha!

 

Prep'd for everything except coilovers. Neighbor is napping so I don't want to break out the impact gun.

 

Did you complete the front end conversion?

 

I did. Didn't get a picture of everything on yet cuz I finished the bumper right before leaving for the airport. On mainland for another week and a half.

Took this after the coilovers were installed.

Finished the 12'-15' front end conversion. Also installed front steel bumper and coilovers.

 

Looks awesome..

 

I think the conversion sets it off. I think it looks better than the older 2nd gens imo...

 

I agree. Needed new headlights...that's how I justify it lol

650. Requested 700 but they were sent to the vendor with 650 and I didn't want to wait. I'm pretty happy with it for now. I'll have to upgrade when I get a dual battery setup and winch.

A disturbing sight...noticed this when I was mocking up the mud flaps for trimming.



Got that taken care of relocated the backup camera.

 

How the hell did this happen?!?

 

I didn't put loctite when I installed them is the only thing I can think of. Had them torqued to 73 ft lbs before. Used red loctite and torqued to 100 ft lbs this time.

 

Need to cut that tailpipe off at the hangar...
