Over the past 18 months we've tried to satisfy my wife's search for the right vehicle. She went from Lexus is250c (hard top conv.) to a Prius to a Lexus CT200h to a FJ cruiser, to a Honda Ridgeline, to a Nissan 370Z, and now to a Tacoma TRD off road. She says this may be the one, good visibility and surprisingly comfortable. I've been on all those forums and enjoyed them all. Maybe this is the end of the search!

All that trading sounds expensive, congrats on finding the right vehicle.

I'm REALLY hoping those were all "overnight test drives," and not purchases.

    What year Tacoma?

And pics, when you get a chance!

    Anyone seen my wallet?
See my story would look more like this:

Over the past 18 months we've tried to satisfy my Tacomas search for the right passenger. She went from Jessica (crazy in the head) to a Christine to redhead to blonde, to Michelle, to a Samantha, and now to a Jenny. She says this may be the one, good entusiam and surprisingly outdoorsy. I've been on all those dates and enjoyed them all. Maybe this is the end of the search!

Thanks for the imput. The new experiment is a '15 with 29k. Of all those I either got boot or traded even but the registration fees do add up. The Taco did require cash and the 370z. We're both old fogies so some comments are not applicable! Keep those cards and letters coming.

I keep my wife happy because I want to. I spoil her as much as I can. She drives vehicles that cost twice what mine do and she trades them in every couple of years. She also has a new Camaro convertible in the garage that she drives a couple of times a month. She's happy. I'm happy.

I'm off to British Columbia for my annual hunting trip. She's never asked how much. Just says have fun. I did cancel a trip earlier this year I had planned and took her to Italy for a couple of weeks. She's happy. I'm happy.
