I got some replacement chrome caps if you are interested, they could be painted for cheap, if you are talking about the rear.

I appreciate that but Im going to rock the jacked up bumper till I get the relentless high clearance bumper.
I dont mind if the hitch drags every once in awhile. I read another post by them where the do move the hitch in tighter where is less likely to drag, couldnt find that post. Just need to sell off some stuff to buy it. Sucker is not cheap with a tire carrier.

I havent seen anyone in the area or meetups with a high clearance on a 3rd gen so far. Sounds like many of us are planning them but no one has got one that I know of yet.

I really want to keep the blind spot monitor but none are able to make that happen. Now I'm looking at non high clearance to see if some of those do while moving hitch behind that plate, so many options ahhhhhh. Mobtown has a nice one

Mobtowns is probably my favorite. Word is they will be making a high clearance one in the future but its behind some other projects. I randomly ask them about it hoping to get more info but so far nothing. For now I wont be able to afford to do the rear until most likely early next year so hopefully they get it going by then.

Looks like a good time. I really wanted to get back to CO this year but time and PTO isnt working out. Hopefully I'll be able to make it back up there next year. Not sure if you know or not but in your 3rd pic with your tent open your closed ladder rungs are supposed to be at the top not the bottom. All the bottom ones you step on should be fully extended and locked for you to step on with the extra unused steps at the top where you dont step.

Yep I fixed this after the photo, but good catch! I am always down for CO so let me know when you want to go.

I'm not sure how the seniors mount, but couldn't you drill some holes in the steel
bumper and run the sensors? (Even if changing the actual sensors to something that blends with the bumper if possible.)

This was what I was thinking 3/4 hole maybe. But if you have the camera what's the point of the sensors. Also with a steel bumper it doesn't matter what you hit

I know the tent is pretty new so I wasnt sure you caught it in the instructions. Once the new year hits I'm gonna start planning my trips for next year. I might even try and do some winter camping in the snow near the end of the year if I have enough PTO left over. Leave early on a friday and come back on monday or tuesday. Could probably manage that with only using 1 day of PTO. It could really suck if I'm not properly prepared but I think my pup would have a blast playing in the snow.

I think the problem is the big black box. The signal works through plastic, but not steel.

Exactly. The little rounds are park assist, I don't care about those. Blind spot monitor helps in parking lots and little cars on the freeway can't hide from me

@Geremy was in the same boat as you looking for a bumper that used the BSM sensors. Don't think he got one yet but he might have some insight on your options.

It's not really a high clearance with the stock tow hitch? :notsure:

Should work with steel, I see a metric shit ton of diesels out here with ranchands on the rear and they are inserted
Pretty sure it's CBI, notice how the cut isn't level with the bottom of the tail light
