Toyed around with the idea of colormatched. But with the rims matching too I thought it might be too much. Plus, I'll leave that for Sport models. OFF-ROAD black flares represent!

I am sad because I don't have a bullet proof diesel motor. Maybe that will be my last mod.. engine swap. Just have to beat @jberry813 to the punch

Summer shenanigans with the rig. Camping last night, was able to finally bust out the tent and air mattress for the bed. Awesome setup.

Got a bar for the bed for the bikes.

    Air dam delete.

Puppy hung himself out the passenger window, scratched up the passenger door.

And then road trip to Astoria, on the dock at the Rogue Pub and up at the Column.

I'm also passed 15k miles, and Dante has been hit twice by some piss ants in parking lots.

Haven't posted here in a LONG time, that's a few of the documented escapades.

Where is this? It's been hazy here in Colorado Springs, but I wasn't sure where it was coming from.

It looks awesome. I love the wheels. I'd like to make a similar mod to mine eventually, wheels tires and pocket flares.

I'm actually putting yellow tint over the clear lens covers as well. I did this combo on my last truck and it looked good. I agree with you though and my whole thing was purely aesthetics.

I finally got around to installing a mild lift. Total time in my garage was just over 4 hours. Would have been faster but I had to modify a few tools along the way to do this right. I did this as I wanted a well rounded and reliable setup since most of my off-road excursions are exploring/over-landing type with some hard trails here and there. Not too much into rock crawling. These trucks stock already do quite well if you know how to drive them off road.

This is also my daily driver and I do carry gear and various items in the bed so I wanted to keep a little bit of a rear rake bias, which I got. Wheels are Sendels Off-Road series in 17". Tires are Falken Wildpeak AT3W 265/70R17.

Went with Bilstein Adjustable 5100 shocks in the front and Tough Country 1.25" aluminum blocks in the rear. The rears are tapered towards the front to keep the driveline angle correct. In front I set it at 2". I took measurements before and after and got just under 2" in front (1.7/8") and out back 1.3/8" after it was professionally aligned and driven. Drives fine and the front has a better, more solid handling feel now. I took out on a few sections to test the articulation and all is good, no issues at all. I'm very satisfied with the outcome, function and looks of this setup.

Well, on the one hand, I'm super sick and didn't make it in to work...but on the other, Icon is warrantying my leaking shock, and my bedrack/RTT carrier is finished. So I suppose we'll call it a draw. Here are some progress pics of the bedrack.
