3/4" lift spacers with 5100's Y/N??????

    can i use 3/4" lift spacers with the 5100's @ 2.5 to get the full 3" lift???
    oh i have stock springs.....

    i would guess it would be a big no.

    why so, it wont enough to bottom the shock before the IFS hits the front suspension. Wait does the adjustments on the 5100s limit uptravel? The OME kit supplys .5 inch spacers to get a full 3 inch.

    a 3" spacer with the billies set at 2.5? thats gonna be more than 3 inches of lift wont it?


    edit: sorry i read it wrong.. im not paying attention. i thought he said a 3 or 4" spacer. not a 3/4 inch spacer

    its a 3/4" lift spacers which means its like 1/2" or 3/8" thickness of spacer = 3/4" lift

    I run a 3/8 spacer on my driver side with 5100s to compensate for the driver side lean. Some people use a 1/4 inch spacer, but my truck leaned so badly I needed a 3/8 inch spacer to make it level.

    Um.........Well yes because you will have to install longer studs to accomodate the spacer.

    If You are useing 5100s set at 2.5" with stock springs, then you can use a 3/8" thick topspacer to get you the full 3" of lift. A 3/4" thick one would be a bad idea.
