1mm? Wow. I'm going to change them anyway before my 5,000 mile journey.

Yeah, I wouldn't trust them on a trip that low.

I might roll in late and catch the tail end of the gathering... Anyone willing to take me into their group for some trail runs? I'll probably be solo, maybe with my copilot (fiance). 2nd gen on 33s, locked rear, armoured with winch. Gotta drive it home and will be keeping that in mind when planning trails.

:p you know I end up wheeling with more second gen's that first gen's by us anyway because all the first gen's rusted out :p I'm down for whatever, I have a list of trails I want to hit while I am out there.

Im pretty much in the same boat as far as trying to tag along with some others. All the people I had planned to go with bailed. Though Im not armored up or locked, I still have to drive it home. Heading out there with plans of some easier scenic trails if I cant tag along with some others.

Wall Street (rock along Potash Road/the river south of town) has a ton of sport: full gamut of grades and drive-up approach. Great bouldering up 128 (river north of town).

Few more good sport friendly areas are Kane Creek, Mill Creek, Dakota Crags, and up 313, but Wall Street and Big Bend are where I'd head to squeeze in an afternoon of non-trad fun

Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
My daughter and I will be. Getting a late start (!!) on planning, not going to be my usual week-long overlanding trip into Moab this time. Monument Valley and maybe Canyon De Chelley are on the list.
