Hey Tim

How is the nephew?

 

He is stable right now and they are going to try to reduce the sedation meds to do some neuro checks. But last night, they had to go back and install an Impella (some kind of heart assist pump) to take some load off of his heart. He coded right after, but they were able to revive him quickly. It's still a very critical situation. Thanks for asking!

 

Wonderful everything worked great! We got wet the first day and a half but after that it was beautiful! We even made some new friends from Canada

I want to go to sleep. The puppy decided to go into berserker mode at bedtime. Biting me barking jumping on the cat. The cat is hissing, jake is bouncing around on the wife trying to figure out what's going on. Wife is yelling at jake to go to bed. Then the pup runs to the end of the bed and pees before I can grab her. So we have to change the bed.

 

Afternoon everyone

Getting ready for Breakfast with my brother and then plan the days activities . Did find out last night I'm being invited to his house in Oahu for a week during Thanksgiving

 

I haven't been on here much and dont know what's happened but I sure wish him the best thoughts and prayers with you friend

 

How did your last dr appt go Chris?

 

He pissed me off! He keeps blaming all the pain I have on the arthritis. I told him yeah that was what he said before and wouldn't listen to me and it took him 2 1/2 hours to fix it, so he's wrong again. He didn't care for that so he said with no Labrum left, the operation, and the arthritis he's not as concerned about the pain and only a total replacement will fix that. So, I told him great I'm to stay on the diclophenac which only helps a little but damages your kidneys and with me being diabetic that doesn't make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I was basically told it's going to hurt deal with it. So now I get to deal with my shoulder and my back everyday oh joy

 

Get out to 40 yet?

 

Sorry Chris... Any other doc's around for a second opinion? What'd he say about going back to work?

Nah, she just came. In. She was tearing up a toy too.

Good afternoon Peeps! Doing some storm preparation and stopped for some eats Have a good afternoon!

 

Not for at least another 6 weeks and then I believe they're going to send me through some kind of special work therapy to see if I can do my job.
