Definitely! A whole lot better after I changed the filter. I don't think the PO had a clue... It was a one owner car too. I don't drive it much anymore, but it drives great still. Put over 120k on it since then, has almost 230k now. It had a ton of dealer service records too, same dealer. You'd think they might have changed it once or twice...

Yes, 100% bolt on, NO DRILLING. 1 bolt goes upwards through the bottom, 5 go sideways and have big backer plates. I highly recommend having a buddy help install these, but either a) I have no friends, or 2) I'm an idiot and refuse to ask for help. I used a jack, pile of bricks, & etc. and was very careful not to drop these on my head. I've learned to always practice on the passenger side. I used the shipping boxes as mats on the driveway and used some extra to cover the jack & bricks. My truck's lifted so I had plenty of room to slide between the jack & stack o' bricks and had perfect access to all the bolts. They came with 100% of the needed hardware. I got them about 2 weeks after ordering, which was nice because the website said a 6 week lead time, but they must have had a set built & ready to go to powder coating.

Directions: Remove the 2 bolts on the frame crossmember, bolt on the sliders, (2 hours later) beer. You can optionally drill two holes each side to add extra bolts going straight up, but that's up to you. They'll definitely hold up to hi-lifting, sliding, and mofos opening their doors all aggressive at the mall.

Edit: If the bolts ever fail, which I seriously doubt they will, it'll just be an excuse to have some frame rust cleaned up and have them welded on.

Got the call from Micah at DSM Tuesday morning, the front extended travel King C/O's are done being rebuilt and ready to ship! I also ordered some TC Uniballs and a pair of 12" King smoothies for the rear from DSM and took advantage of the Labor Day sale BAMF had this weekend for some rear shock towers. The icing on the cupcake; Pelfreybilt bumpers come in on Thursday! Next weekend is going to be awesome

You try disconnecting battery for 30min or whatever? Also do you have a spare set of keys? I know some vehicles create an electronic footprint per key. (We don't even have an onboard computer in the dash so I'd suspect that's not the case.) but my opinions on the matter with two free attempts to fix it.

No, haven't even thought of disconnecting the batt for thirty mins (not that I ever would have). I'll try it though, and I try using the other key. If any of that works, I'd say that's about as weird as the initial problem. Thanks man.

Sitting in my garage, watching it rain on my clean truck...

Yesterday, I wired the Baja Designs fog lights. Tested them last night with a ride through "The Parklands of Floyds Fork", which just happens to be 5 minutes from my house.

Today I installed the Pelfreybilt aluminum transfer case skidplate. IFS skid and mid-skid have been on for a couple weeks now.

This gets me close to completing this years mods. Next spring we'll see an ARB air locker in the front diff, Toyota "SEMA" wheels, and 285/75r17 Cooper STT PRO's (replacing 285/75r16 STT PROs)

Just a few more small details left this year...I'll be installing "Quick Fist" mounts in the bed for a shovel, axe, and mattock. This should be done by the weekend. And last on the list for 2017 is to swap out my current OME 885x coils for a new pair of 887s.20170905_144846_Burst01.jpg 20170906_172933_Burst01.jpg
