HPR can be done stock right? At least that's what I have gathered. As of right now, I'm still stock. Lift should be delivered today or tomorrow.

 

Absolutely. It's basically forrest fire roads. I did it in my stock 1st gen.

There is also Musterground Road opening at that time, and Chestnut Mountain Rd/Auger Hole Tr is open year round.

 

I did it a couple of times in a bone stock PreRunner with 245's. Bounced off the mud flaps quite a bit, but was fine otherwise. It's a cakewalk with a 4x4. You'll see cars on the easier parts.
