Yeah, probably the per capita is the same but because of the population increase the overall volume is higher.

 

I have a low mileage one with only 63K for $250 or one with 115K for only $150. Prices are plus taxes

$205 + $150 refundable core fee with only 20K on it or $175 + core for one with 86K

Me too. A friend and I split all costs associated with the first house at 22, just sold that and bought my current one on my own at 25. I'd never do a duplex though. I have no desire to share a building with people that I'd probably barely know, and I don't think banks will give you a mortgage on one unless you agree to live there for a certain amount of time.

 

I like the single swingout because of the fold down table option, which you can't have if you go dual swingout.

I've used that fold down table every single time I've been out wheeling or picnicking with the family.
