    Evening all:
    Welcome smikski!

    YUP!

Mike, you out of harms way where you live, hope so considering you didn't mention any problem with flooding. I was in the service with 2 guys from Texas, no idea if they are still around and don't remember what area they were from, hope they aren't wading around it the floodwater! :(

Carl, I assume you directed that question to me. We were fine in most of the Texas Hill Country. Got 1.5 to 2.0 inches a couple of days in a row .... no drama at my place. Gave me a break from the mowing, but keeping me REAL BUSY this week.

    Morning all:
Yes, question was for you. 1.5-2" of rain is a heck of a lot better than the 48-52 inches that some areas received.
We have been getting rain almost every day for most of this summer, everything is growing faster and higher than normal!

Today I'll be wading in the pond, darn bear knocked the drain pipe off to the side and the pond is way down now and I need to straighten it out, 2nd time this happened.

Just watching the Gov. of FL, what a mess already due to people evacuating.

Sue, I remember Jim being banned and then being left back on the forum and then got banned again!
I could be wrong, but I believe he was still "river rat", maybe that's why you can't find another screen name. :notsure:
When you mentioned him coming back under a different screen name, that's why I thought he tried to "sneak back on" covertly!
I don't remember any posts by him under anything other than "river rat", but I'm old! :D

I didn't realize he got back in either Sue. I still can't find any information on Jim. Like he went undercover or off the grid.

Glad to hear your going home Duane. Repo will be a happy guy to see you I'm sure. Hiking will come soon enough but you need to take care of yourself.

X2 on the way to go Sue. I often wondered if he got back on the forum. Still searching for him. What breed of dogs was he raising? Have to look back through the threads and see if I can get a hit on him with that. Have a good day all.
