    sounds like you're around the corner from my friends in rancho don't remember exactly where they were but your neighbor hood sounds like theirs but they have a nice community pool club house thing (they did their wedding there) its a nice place aside from being disgustingly hot most of the time

    I'm 8 miles south of US50. So a ways from the original Rancho area. It's a new development and away from everything else. I'm closer to Wilton than I am to Rancho. Probably the same area, and yea it sounds hot, but so is the rest of the state nowadays lol

    my parents used to have a house in wilton (that newer development off of clay station road). They had an HOA but it was cheap and they maintained the horse trail in the neighborhood. Man, wish I could've bought that house when they short sold it, relatively cheap and huge property (well compared to the sizes down here in the bay).
