Ordered my rack and axles from CVJ. Found the manual conversion kit from Off-road Solutions and sourced the Aisin hubs from Low Range Off-road. Had a local shop do the press work on the Knuckles after attempting and realizing I was in over my head.

Sure. Not really about the leafs so much as the valving of the shock.

I was thinking 2.0 double bypasses with external oversized Resi. Should be plenty for my mid travel rig.

They do and your "surface area" is a tad bit smaller since you really only want to load up what fits on the bedslide. I mounted my spare as far back as I could...most likely going with a swing out on my rear bumper for the spare and some rotopax, so that'll free up the bed a bit. With the Softopper on, it's going to help not having to climb up in the bed to reach for stuff up towards the front.

Between. There's a 2nd gen that has a drawer setup that takes up the space between the wheel wells. Then he put a bedslide that fit over the wells on top of it. I don't really need a drawer system right now though.

This one is rated at 1000lbs. I believe they have "HD" versions too.

yeah and they are tall. Again, love the idea, even with a bed rack. Just not ideal for keeping stuff low as possible. Which is my big thing as of late.

Totally misread that. Shipping weight showed 70lbs. Felt heavier than that going down 3 flights of stairs. I'm sure the UPS guy hates me.
