My neighbors getting their roof redone.. I will laugh if it gets torn off in the hurricane.

Media hype being what it is, this ain't no joke.
You may not have had damage in the past or even been thru a hurricane before, the storm is the easy part most times,it's the aftermath that gets everyone. Coastal areas will get the brunt of storm surge, inland gets the 10-20+ inches of rain that has no where to go.
Camping in place is fine, until that place is under 2+feet of water. And just because it hasn't before doesn't mean it won't or cant flood
    Been learned time and again
Watch the storm track, left of center is usually rain and wind, upper right center off the eye is where the worst damage occurs as this is where the force of the storm is.

If it gets hot enough the tabs melt and glue them down good in the next few days, they might stand a chance...high of 80 today and rest of week ? Probably not

@Blkvoodoo quick opinion if cost and work worth the minor upgrade. On my 97 Miata the diff is 4.10, im going to be welding the rear, the 99's came with a 4.30 rear gear. Im running 27's which is few inches over stock of course. I can get a rear end for around $280-320 with 4.30's, do you think its really worth the expense for small jump

When coworker reads an email asking for a specific thing, but then asks what specific thing do you want... Hold on while I go get a spoon and shove it down your damn throat..

Is there a lower gear available aftermarket ?
If there is a lower than 4.30 gea (4.88-5.27) I'd put money toward that before I'd spend for such a small jump. You'll feel it but it won't be drastic

Oh they better!!! They will be getting snapped before they get a chance (I'll be building a collection of spares soon) Been looking and found out that the front end gears from a Kia Sportage will fit and are 4:78
