    If you do a Search on here there have been several guys with Transfer Case leaks, if memory serves me the problem ends up being a bad seal.

    Fairly common problem on the new Tacoma it seems....not the most common of many problems reported here but I have seen this more than a handful of times.

    Sorry to hear this OP. It sucks to have issues like this on a brand new vehicle especially one that we spend so much money on and have entrusted the Toyota name to reliability and quality.

    Hope they get it fixed up for You and you have no other problems.
