Your right. I thought long and hard about it and decided a windshield for my motorcycle would be more useful.

Here's My N-4-just took advantage of the promo Noveske had. Bought the upper. Built out the lower from the free cosmetic lower. Sighted it in, and about 100 rounds total, -0- malfunctions. Noveske function fires before leaving factory so was confident on the upper. Standard trigger, so it was creepy.

Initial impressions is this gun can shoot and is much more accurate than me. Off hand, standing, sitting, prone, steel at 75, 100, 150, 200 no problem so long as im doing my part. During sight in,prone, the sight in target had a vertically strung group that was no more than 3 inches(if that) wide at 100 yds, using irons. This is all with PMC 55 gr Bronze, I'm eager to see what handloads and heaver gr. bullets can do with some optics, but still this AR is more accurate than I.

Congrats on the Noveske! If I had a bunch of $ I'd put one in my safe between my LWRC and my LMT. :)

Actually was'nt that bad. I was going to get a 6920 after shooting a buddies in January, but the upper from Noveske was only 875 , then the free lower, and I got the rest of the lower parts(from Palmetto Armory) shown for 224-with shiping n ffl-total $1,200.00 . So thats about the same $$$ but, I got a Magpul CTR, MAID, Troy MBUS(Noveske stamp:)), I used a Daniel Defense LPK( which turned out a smililar creep but only about 5lbs trigger), mid-lenth gas system, Vortex flash supressor, but most importantly, the Noveske barrel( same weight as M4-different contour, double thick chrome-lined, not the same accuracy as thier stainless but damn good). Oh, I got two free hats n a Flaming Pig sticker too!!!!

Maybe tax return will be good, so I next "black rifle" will be a REPR:eek:! Seriously looking at a 7.62 next, theres bunch locally shooting out to 1000m. but I and picking up a DD Omega and still deciding on which ACOG( thinking Green horseshoe/Green doughnut 4x32) still.

That's a great price. So you got the CHF barrel? I got one of the first LWRC M6A2s- before they offered CHF barrels. Would've been nice but I'm not too worried about it.

Yes. CHF barrel and no M4 notch and contour under handguards is gradual to muzzle.

I guess it depends on what you are going to do with it. The only AR's i have shot or been around are for sharp shooting/service rifle competition in .223. all the national shooters i have seen are shooting a hand tuned rock river or DPMS. with one of those you can put every shot in a baseball cap @ 600yrs with iron sights ( open/ no scope). For hitting cans @ 100yrs i don't think it matters much. only two or three places make the parts and they all buy from them. i don't know anyone of them make one them by themselfs alone. oh , and i did stay at a Holladay Inn last night!:D a few guys at my range have put uppers in .45, .22, 9mm, you can do any thing with them.

I have two AR's, this is the one I build from the ground up. It's the only way to get everything you want.
