    I agree that they are looking into a kid as the source of the fire. If the kid started a small fire it would be arson but in this case, the environment naturally goes through burns, thus, I used the term NATURAL DISASTER because of the size of it 35,000 acres!

    I am not trying to ruffle your feathers, I was curious as to why the statement was made that it was "Not my problem. This should not be a burden carried solely by the tax payers." If you live in an environment of which the forest or surrounding area has to experience extreme heat (fire) to allow for new growth to happen this is your problem, inevitably nature wins and a fire or something else rolls through and evens out all our best preparations. From what I read the kid will most likely be charged, and as history has shown fined for this occurrence. I genuinely feel bad for those who are affected by things like this, including you @Cuffs.

    It's that and other factors. @Toyko Joe you don't even have a smallest grasp of ideas what I go (went) through daily to keep our property safe from fire. The fire that took nearly everything I own was human caused. This is not a natural disaster. Our home was well prepared for natural Fire. This was no normal Fire. This bitch MELTED my fucking cast iron pans. And when the find these fuckers, I will take every goddamn last penny they will ever earn. I will be there at every hearing. Trial date. Parole hearing. I will haunt them. Forever.
    Until you know what lengths people went through to keep themselves safe, you just may want to keep quiet.
