So I thought I was having an issue with my brakes shaking as I was slowing. But I have now replaced all brake components. I now think it may be something else... Do you guys think it could be my rack and Pinon? It really only slows as I slow down. But it's getting pretty bad. Help please!

Rotate your tires and see if the problem goes away. I had this same problem not long ago after rotating my tires and after swapping them back to the rear the shake when away. I think I may have a tire out of balance.

I would have someone turn it while your under. watch it closely, if the bushing are bad the whole rack will move. now there could be other factors to your problems but this is how you check for bad bushing for the rack n pinion.

Thanks for the help. Does it need to be in the air when I have someone turn the wheel?

Nope but couldn't hurt as you can also check other areas such as the ball joints
