As stated above, just loosen 6 bolts to align bed. But then the bumper may be off. Mine was. Not much adjustment on the bumper but the end caps have a little. Bed alignment 15min. Bumper at least an hour or more. Just look up replacing end caps for bumper .

Hey thanks, I appreciate it. I didn't give it a thought as far as having the dealer fix it! It's been that kind of day though...

I took mine in and they said no adjustment but others have had good luck. If you can have the dealer do it under warranty, go that route. It's not hard to do yourself but the bumper is still a PIA.

New truck ordered, QS 2017 TRD OffRoad DBL Cab 4x4..pick up ~Sept 28....Harvey got my 2016 TRD....flooded.
So with the new 2017 do I still need to have them check the AT fluid level like with the 2016's....mine new from the factory at the time was 1 1/2 qts. low.
Also had the 1st TSB gear thing done.
I will be picking up in Columbus, OH then a 2 day drive to Houston.
What should be checked, done with the 2017's?

My local dealer sucks. I would have to drive 90 miles to a good dealer so I'm thinking I may be on my own. I could fix it myself by the time I could drive to a decent dealer. Mine is not bad but it's like anything else, once you notice it you gotta fix it.

I would ask them to check and make sure all updates, tsb and recalls have been done and documented. Can't hurt to ask them to check atf fluid. I would get anything possible done before picking it up...just my thoughts.

Yes. Sounds like it would be more of a pain to take it in than to do yourself. Apparently there are just 6 bolts that need to be loosened. I believe you'll need to get a large torx wrench bit to loosen the bolts.

What Load Rating are those tires? Would you recommend them? Thanks.

Yes, might seem like a strange question since a lot of people run KO2s, I'm thinking of them as well, I'm just not sure if E1 rated tires will be a good choice for my DD. Then again, I would like to "rock crawl" a bit from time to time, so not sure if P rated tires will be quite ok with me airing them down. Btw, I have stock 16" rims, so no c1 option for me.
Any suggestions from everyone are welcome.

    Edit: Fixed few typos...

If you have to do rear bumper, just be carefully with the plastic tabs.

Mine is off just a tiny bit, I've noticed it after installing mud flaps. I think I'll also do it myself, before installing bed stiffeners.
    Tganms for the tip.

don't be surprised if my measurements are off by a hair , but roughly 23.75 " front/rear...the picture makes the truck look kind of squished. Before the coils I had 3rd gen Bilsteins on the 4th notch. The coils and aal's are just right for me .

So you're almost leveled with 887s? Hmm. I figured the 888s would do that. Must be cuz you have AC I'm guessing

I had the same feeling as you with the "E" rating tires too. I just said.. screw it and got them. Now that I have them. I feel no different on the ride. I'm glad I got them. They are a super nice tire. Don't put to much thought into it. Mine is also a daily driver too.
