My rent was like that in Boston. Luckily I used the subway so didn't have a car payment.

I live in a company town. $250/month with utilities for a 1 bedroom apt. :D

Oh yeah. Boston rent's are crazy just like here. I've stayed in Cambridge 4 years for school and lived on a tight budget, boy, I'm glad that was over.

I went to school in MA too.. MA surprisingly has one of the higher rent rates, generally speaking. San Diego can't be much better!

Already had 85k on it. Suspension needed rebuilt, 13mpg going downhill with a tailwind. The stock sport is horrible. But lift, wheels and tires arriving this weekend!

I agree! I’m glad I went with E rating. Especially for those times I go camping and get a hair up my ass to hit up some trails.

It's not much, but we swapped in the TRD Pro grill and added Toyota's black tube steps yesterday. Blue looks really good with the black accents. I think I'll remove the chrome V6 badge on the back soon.

Today I installed a bed mat covering to lay down over my back seat when its folded down. When ever I go on vacation I keep a cooler in the back seat so I can just reach back and grab a soda without stopping. Well it has wheels and wants to slide around when I make turns and I always had to strap it down with a bungee cord and I also hated seeing the back plastic of the seats getting scratched up. So recently I found these rubber mats in the rug section at my local Ollies Bargain Outlet (think a bigger Big Lots).

They were originally some kind of Chevy bedmat that's been cut up and selling as just rubber mats. They were $26 for about 4 x 5 piece my measurements may be off i think it was bigger. Anyways I layed the back seats down took a big piece of cardboard and made template out of it for a good fit. Then taped it on and cut it out. Which wasnt too hard with a new razorblade. Then cut lil grooves for it to fit snug against the walls of the back cubbys and I can still access that area without covering it up. I also had enough of the bed mat material to line the bottom of my truckbox and make a doormat for the garage.

Can't be close to what it is here in Seattle. Average house price is $585K and 700sq ft studios are going for $2,400! The unit below our condo is 1400 square feet renting for $3995!
