    Me too. I always hate people getting the short end of the stick. Just seems like he's giving the same run around answer. If Tim comes through and delivers that's great for everyone that paid, but even being local. Just from this thread I'll take my bed rack search to another company.

    It's all about response and good customer service.

    I requested a refund last week. Sent him another text today to ask if it was done or if I should just proceed with the CC company for a chargeback. He got back to me saying the refund was sent. Now just waiting so that my CC company can confirm. Once that is done...I will be free from this undue stress!!!

    soooooo I may have gotten a reply saying he's been SUPER busy and haven't had a chance to pick them up. I'm local and i am in no rush but I did tell him one more week I'll wait and then i'm going with a different rack. So sad that this didn't work out...:(

    Honestly, it took a week to get the money transfer completed. For those that are awaiting shipping, I can only imagine how long it would take to pick up everyone`s order, packaged and ship them separately on his busy schedule. It`s a sad situation for me because I was expecting to do a lot more trips starting a month ago with the new rack.

    it took a week to receive confirmation that my money transfer was done but yet to be confirmed with CC company as it may take a few days to be processed...

    Filed a dispute with my cc company today. Paid 6/23 and was promised goods shipped by 7/7. Think I've been patient and understanding enough. Emailed him Monday giving him until COB yesterday to respond or I'd file and nothing. Lack of responses to everyone here and the "I'm busy" excuse has run it's course. Real shame.

    I was wondering if you ever got your refund because I remembered seeing that you were on a deadlines and bought another rack for the time being. I need to have my tent on my truck by next weekend for a camping trip and after 3.5 months of waiting, I highly doubt this is going to be resolved soon.

    Me. He said 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. If I don`t see the money by then, I`ll have to reach out to credit card company. It`d would`ve been easier to just do it through paypal or something...w/e
