It's just clipped in there and not actually plugged into the light

I have LED tails from the factory.

 

hmm i think mine are as well (circular pattern) i just never looked at the wiring when i pull them

 

I've never had the need to pull them yet.

 

I've got to pull the interior fuse box and put in a LED flasher because I changed the DTRL/Blinkers out to LED and have the huperflash now.

That's going to be a joy. Hoping I can do it by just pulling the lower dash panel. I'm sure it's not that easy though. I believe its screwed in too. Ugh

 

do the diode dynamics flasher relay, its led bulb flasher ready as well. YOu can program your hazards, tap to signal count, have your hazards stay on when you lock for # of seconds -- tho you lose your dtrl if you have them factory and need the blocker (you can buy from toyo for 5$)

 

I have the DTRL's. I just need a simple flasher. That's interesting though, never seen it before. Thanks for suggesting it.
