That should be a decent improvement.

Nitrous? That could be fun when you want to just skip over the top of some mud

I'm pretty sure he's referring to Eddy Tengen (sp), owner/operator of SOS Concepts.

Anyone selling a OEM 2nd gen DCSB catback exhaust? I gave mine away a few years ago, and I regret it.
I want to go back stock for a while. I'm getting irritated with my magnaflow. I'm not 100% certain I want to stay stock, so I can't offer it up yet.

I was fixing to say I'd offer up mine but I'd need something to put in its place.

with the impending Irma fall out and Jose a virtuial unknown at this time, if you're looking for a generator ( might be a bit late for this )

Last year before Matthew i bought a POWERHORSE 3500W inverter generator at Northern Tool, was sorta skeptical at the time. YES it is a Honda Clone.

worked well for me last year, in 48+ hrs of run time it used less than 8 gal of gas. after use i changed the oil, pickled it using 50:1 weed eater gas (non ethanol) and let it run out.
Got it out this morning, as expected since i had not done anything over the last year, the starting battery was dead. filled with fresh gas, 3 pulls on the rope starter on choke and its running. AND producing power, very cool !

I saw yesterday when i was in Fayetteville Harbor Freight they had pretty much the same generator under the Predator name for $699, which is about half what i paid last year ( the PowerHorse is $999 at Northern currently....:annoyed: i paid $1299 last year....) http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200660221_200660221

I got a porter cable 10500watt for 1200 I believe. That thing has been an absolute beast. Only down side is its loud as shit but during a hurricane who cares right?

honestly, I've found that once the noise is gone, the stress level drops immensely. more so when they're off..... its a grating throbbing noise that just irritates. The compressor on my work van does the same thing, I get tired of listening to it

Yea I can't sleep with it on but during Matthew I cranked it up and ran the fridge and satellite with it. Mainly so I didn't miss the Cowboys game

When I buy a house I think I'm going to invest in a generac propane genny. We had them at the treatment program I worked for in the mountains and they are quiet and work really well.
