I effed up my bed side backing into my brother's mailbox on accident last year. Got a scratch that dented in the panel and chipped away paint. I was able to convince a TDR guy to work the dent out then I buffed out the scratch (very similar to yours). Couldn't get it 100% but got it good enough. Complete sand, bondo, and repaint was going to cost $1,200.
