Has anyone got Xenon lights installed on a 2007

 

Are you talking about HID (high intensity discharge) lights like on high-end vehicles such as BMW, Lexus, etc. or are you talking about blue colored bulbs that attempt to mimic HID's?

 

The HID lights. I bought my son a 07 DC and he want's those lights.

 

Just an FYI, any and all aftermarket HID kits are illegal for use on vehicles that did not originally come with HIDs from the factory. That being said, many Taco owners have installed aftermarket kits however.

I would wander over to hidplanet.com and peruse their forums there to find out which kit would be better suited for him and his brand spanking new Taco.

Does anyone have the true HID lights intalled on their 05-08 Tacoma? I searched this forum and there are many links to aftermarket ones for sale. The kits have ballasts and look to be real. About $300.

I would like to see if they actually work and appear to be like the high end cars like BMW and Lexus.
