i didnt have a cracking problem with my bondo..... but my suggestion would be to re-sand it and see if they come out.... if you can still see them then just apply another thin coat of bondo.

thats the best i can do to help ya.

Some time paint has chemical reactions to different paints or other stuff. Is it the bondo that is cracking or the paint. I suggest sanding it again when done sanding clean it with some alcohol and then try and re paint it. Put up some pictures i want to see it its the paint or the bondo that is cracking.

make sure its completely dry before painting, if its any bit moist the paint will get an alligator skin look to it

If the Bondo is cracking, use this stuff over the top to fill in pinholes and small cracks. It's a little thinner than regular Bondo but it does a nice job. Just make sure you don't apply it over the paint, you'll have to sand back down to the main filler to get a good bond.

Its the Bondo thats cracked and there hairline cracks. I just sanded it some more and it didn't help...so I used some more bond and firmly scraped it over the top to fill em in...I'll let it dry and then sands it to see if it helps...Thanks for your help guys...you all get +1 in rep :D

Thats weird i would try sanding all the paint off. then use alcohol to clean it and make sure it is completely dry. Then try and paint it again.

    +1

It'll fill in any hair-line cracks that you might have as well as any divits from air bubbles and what not.
