Aw man that sucks , try mixing table salt with some apple cider vinegar (regular vinegar may work too) and spreading it on it

Once it drys thou the salt will flake off so it might be messy

You may have possibly spread it when you wiped yourself down with alcohol . A cold shower (it closes your pores ) wash may have been better
