    Hmmm, that's interesting! I'd heard the opposite, so that'd be awesome. If they'd be alright on low pressure, that'd save a bit of $...you can pick up a set of TE wheels for ~$400 on CL pretty easy. The skinny legs would look good with the TE wheels on yours too, I think.

    Let me know how it goes if you get 'em and mount 285's! I may end up doing the same and using mine as back-ups after I change out wheels.

    Well I bought a set of TE wheels today for $300 and the guy also gave me two factory Toyota spare tires with it. I would still like another TR wheel for a full size matching spare but this is good for now. I have 285's on my steelies in the garage I want to swap over. Most people were saying they were worried about it losing a bead at low pressure but the ones saying that are also saying they're airing down to like 12-15psi. I usually air down to like 22-25. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Either way I'll try it and see and learn from my mistakes. I'm thinking I will definitely need a set of spider trax to keep it from rubbing the UCA though.
