Yeah it would be one thing if they built a little shed that close to the property line but Jesus that thing is huge and a way to close to power/telephone lines

 

Also how can that pass the egress. The water run off will be a lot on ur property. I understand that there has to be a code for egress and ingress. To much or to little and that's a no no.

 

I would have every co. agency from Building inspectors to utilities to fire dept there asap to shut it down .

Nope. I noticed about a week or two ago they were demolishing an old shed, and building a garage. Thought it was one story, didnt care. Then on thursday they plopped that 2nd story on and I was pissed to say the least.

 

Yea that's why i was referring to the wheel spacers, they were needed to clear the tundra brakes.

 

Went ahead and marked out lot lines (based on survey), as well as put a 2x8 up on my fence (behind the lot line) and measure from the building to the 2x8. Obviously not even close to 7' but wanted to make sure the county could see just how egregiously this building is violating so many codes

 

It's Glen Dirty, that'll be filled with 30 Mexicans, not cars. I don't believe for a second they're going to use that as a garage. Go get em, good for you. More people need to do this and stand up for what's right rather than just talk and bitch about it.

 

I was given a 72 Dodge Dart today. Comes with a built motor and trans. Guy was doing a resto hot rod build, died and passed it to brother in law, he has no interest in it and gave it to me. Going to go get it this week.

Nice. sorry i couldnt be there, but BRS in new york was a blast. And the car i was crewing for managed to come in 8th overall, so we did pretty damn well. Also, there was this super sexy 2GR-FSE powered lexus there.
