That idiot at target lost my bolts and nuts for my pull up thing. Ugh! Sorry, but I need to vent before I fall asleep. When he was ringing it up, he turned the box wrong and all the pieces fell out behind the counter. I asked him 4x if he had put all the pieces back in the box, and his cocky ass said yes each time. Guess I'll have to find a chair for dips.

A little better now. Getting up at 1 so I'll have 2 hours to get my workout in. Wish me luck and that when I wake up I'm not still walking like I've been horseback riding!

Stillfly- don't beat yourself up! A week off from something like this is bound to take it's toll. Try to make up for it in today's workout. Hope you're feeling better btw.

OK, here's my results from today:

    50 Dips
    75 Pushups
    100 Squats

Suicides between sets, finished all of one exercise before starting next.

Todays was a good little burner, I was toast after it. I had to lay down for about 10 mins.

    To start we did
2-2-2-2-2 press, working your way up to your max. I got 105-110-115-120-125. My previous one rep max was 120 so some improvment.
    It was called 7-7-7
    7 rounds
7 rolling burpees (Ya, I said ROLLING burpees)
    7 pullups
    7:02

A rolling burpee, new to me today, is drop into push up, roll to your right, push up, get up, jump up clap. Then repeat in the other direction. Doesnt sound all too bad but it adds up when you are hauling ass.

    Nice job guys!

    Tonight mine was relatively easy.

    4 rounds:

45 seconds each w/ 15 second rest in between each.

    Row
    Burpees
    V-ups

It was a good break from yesterday though b/c my back is kinda sore from those 3 rep max deadlifts.

Nice work. Good thing you didn't do the original amount your friend suggested ;)

My workout today was not fun. It was hot in the gym. Took me 25 min
    5 rounds:
    10 box jumps
20 kb snatches (each hand) 16kg
    30 ball slams 30lb

But on the plus side I can now to 2 consecutive muscle-ups without touching the ground.

Nice dude, we only had 2 qualify, but we coulda had at least 5 or 6, 4 of our fire breathers didnt compete, and one of them could have probably won it. But we had 1 guy and 1 girl qualify. We are thinking about finding a bus to come down for the sectionals in O.C.

Does feel good! Getting the first one now is easy, it's just keeping that momentum going for the second one

I suck with muscle up advice. I'm not even sure what I do to get there. Now pull-ups I can give some serious advice.

All you do with muscleups is say, big kick forward, then back hard and throw your head forward :D

They're easier on a pullup bar as opposed to rings though ;)
