I remember the post hurricane block parties. No news from the power company on when the power will be back on. So all the meats would come out of the freezer and we'd fire up the grill, followed by a food coma. Then start looking for stores that had ice.

Why not follow that with (2) LG Energy drinks , that ought to jump start the body and get ya going !!

 

Mornin everyone

Had some T storms roll thru last night and a good amount of precip fell . Right now clouds are really dark and looks like T storms are forming again . Waiting on the pest control tech this morning so he can spray outside and inside once again to get rid of those Brown Widows

Glad to hear Jimi and Greg made it thru the Hurricane without any damage

 

That sucks. Hope the issue goes away fast

None of my business but I had ezema on my wrists and forearms. BAD.
I would scratch myself to bleed to stop the itch.
Dr said nothing they could do. Had it for like 5 or 6 years.
I got a lung infection and they perscribed prednisone.
Well my eczema is gone. Been that way for like 8 months.
This has happened to me like 3 times. Dr said nothing they could do for something and treat another condition and makes the other issue go away too.

At first look I thought it was the driveway. I thought it was a joke of some sort that I missed. I had to go back and look again to see it is your truck

 

Glad that you and the house are safe Jim! Most all of of Rochester, Mn. Public Utility Power trucks are already in Florida. They staged them just South of Orlando to see where they were needed when the "smoke" clears. Hope you get power soon! Stay safe and hopefully cool and hydrated. Hope you have plenty of clean water.

 

Thanks Mike, we all appreciate the power crews that are helping. We have plenty of eats and supplies and water. Will be reporting to work in the AM. Again thanks for all the prayers!

Good evening all! Raining and big wind gusts here. This happened behind my house early this morning. A little bit of a light show. Power was only out a couple of hours but it has been flickering all day.
