Just purchased Go Rhino RC2 LR Bull Bar for my 2017 Tacoma and wanting to install myself....but....I'm a girl, and don't know if i have the strength to remove the "deflector" as directed to begin the install. I don't have access to air/impact wrenches.

Has anyone installed one like this, how hard is it to get the deflector off, with just regular socket wrenches? Don't want to get partway thru it and find i need to drive it somewhere to have someone try to finish it....
    Thanks for any help!

I would assume they're talking about the chin deflector which your Off road model does not have. Sooo....cant get easier than that right?

Good news! The ORs don't have the deflector!

If you want to do it yourself, you'll just need the 10 and 17mm sockets/wrenches listed in the instructions.

It's pretty easy, it can be done alone but would be easier if you have a friend who can hold it in place while you tighten the bolts down and align everything.

I have been looking at the same bull bar for my 2017 Taco OR, but I want to use the TRD PRO Skid plate with it also, does anyone know if you can use the two together, I think the TRD PRO Skid plate attaches further on the underside of the front bumper and this appears to attach closer front of the bumper ???

Our Company wanted some content on the Westin Bull Bars so I can tell you it is a very easy install, even if you had the deflator which is simply unscrewed. Still not sold it on though.
