Home made haven't thought about price but won't be too much. They're not tall bars would work well to keep tings below cab height.

    A thing or two...
I clamped them in my bench vise when I bonded them the first time. The pieces that separated don't have much adhesive between them. It probably squeezed out when I clamped it.

That's why I mentioned scuffing them good then the adhesive has grooves and stuff to get into and promotes adhesion

Thanks..just trying to make sure I get all the base necessity stuff down first that will make adding the "want, gotta have" stuff later easier. Next is skids, sliders and possibly bumpers. Then RTT! Well...that may jump up the list a little depends how bad I think I gotta have it.

IMO an RTT is all dependent on lifestyle. If you are the type who appreciates being outdoors and prefers to camp when possible, then the RTT will prove itself pretty fast. Top of that, you don't have to rent out rooms on a cross country trip if the weather is decent enough as you can just flip it open in minutes. I def am a strong advocate for the RTT although personally I havnt used it much. This time of the year is also the perfect time to try one out with the weather becoming nice out. I think your priorities are on point as many don't hit their bumpers on anything and a front bumper helps if you have interests in getting a winch.

Plenty of good deals to be had on those right about now. So bumping it up the list may actually save you money.

As I said, I try to find deals and @Fish12South has some old 5100s taking up space that I would like to buy and then pick up some AALs to raise the rear just a bit. After that I will be looking for some tires and then try to add everything on. I'm slowly collecting parts for my radio install as well as ditch lights and wiring harness. Since I've never done any wiring both the stereo / amp and running the ditch lights install are going to go slow as I will constantly check out YouTube and this site for step-by-step how-to. OH, I forgot that I got the two breather unions for the differential breather mod, and once I take my ass to Autozone or wherever to get the 6ft fuel line and clamps I'll be doing that one.

    A thing or two...
Wiring is simple if not time consuming. I can lend a hand if needed when you install. I haven't done a stereo/amp but lights and stuff.
