    Many !
Just did a annual LOF with the new MOBIL1 5W30 20,000 Mile Oil,100% Fully Synthetic Oil and a Toyota TRD OIL FILTER. I do my own LOF with Full Synthetics as AMSOIL and Mobil1 every 7-10,000 miles. This Oil seems to give me a little more pep and better Milage ! MOBIL1 Succeeds again ! NASCAR Great Products! In my 2013 V6 4.0 Tacoma PreRunner DCLB with 74,750 Miles !

Are you planning on doing 20,000 mile runs on the oil ? If so, I would strongly recommend filter changes about every 5,000 miles and topping off the oil level.

New, clean, oil always makes engines feel stronger--my wife comments on it all the time after I change her '03 Highlander, and she's not the sort to normally give a rat's back-end about how her car runs.

Engine snake oil additive vendors used that comparison all the time; take a car, dyno it, change the oil and add their supercalifragilisticexpialidocious miracle juice and then dyno it again. OMG/WTF all of a sudden the engine has gained 2% to 3% more HP and it getting better fuel economy to boot.

The FCC and FTC got on their case 20+ years ago and they stopped; though you still see such BS once in a while...

umm... yeah you wont catch me dead going 20k miles on an oil change. the 10 bucks a jug for 0w-30 mobil 1 synthetic (after rebate which always goes through) to change every 5 k miles is well worth it.

I change my oil every 3000 in all my vehicles ( I know it's a bit excessive). My oil after 3000 looks and smells a little rough. I don't think I would trust any oil for 20000. When you do your change please post a picture of the black sludge that comes out. Maybe I'll be wrong but am eager to see.

No need to waste all that money on filters.

I'm running the Mobil 1 Annual Protection right now and will run with their filter for 15k then have an oil sample set to Blackstone Labs. We will see how it does.

I picked 15k because that was the price break even point between the regular Mobil 1 and the Annual Protection.

That being said, I've never noticed a difference in how my trucks run after an oil change. Maybe there is a problem with your truck? :notsure:

If I use Mobil 1 and change every 5-10K can I fit 33's with no lift?

I really like the extra smooth, powerful feeling after a fresh oil change even after only 3,000 so I figure the motor must like it even if it does cost me more its worth it.

There was a thread on here recently with a badly sludged engine. That's where you'll be headed with 20k mile OCI's.

No you won't. Full synthetics last quite a while. It's 2017, technology does advance you know.

Only AMSOIL is 100% Full Synthetic. The rest are not Full Synthetic as claimed. Read up on it!

You actually think your engine runs smoother after an oil change?

i dont care what kind of oil you put in, 20k on an oil change is crazy, 10k IMO is pushing it. Oil comes out nasty at 5k.... oil is cheap insurance and getting rid of the contaminants that get trapped in oil from use is the best way to keep a motor running long, that means consistent oil changes.

To each their own, Ill stick with Mobil 1 0w-30 syn and a Toyota OEM D3 filter every 5k for my own piece of mind.

Damn, 20k oil changes would be 3 years for me...... not sure I'd leave the same oil in my truck for 3 years.
