Would a 3in spacer in the front and a 2in block in the rear lift my truck 3in and keep it level?

Yes Riley because factory the front end is raked down about an inch so that will level it

Last question. Won't a 3in front spacer and 1in block in the rear do the same? Lift it 3in and level it

A 1.5" spacer will provide 3" lift up front

1" block in the rear will yield 1" and a crap ride

I'll bite, what the hell are you using for a tailpipe?

And I'm pretty sure putting spacers up from will gain you more lift than the size of the spacer since you are adding downward force on the spring which would preload them.

Bumper lights weren't hard to install. Better off taking bumper off to do it. Make sure you paint where you cut out so it doesn't rust. Exhaust is a magnaflow muffler and a 2.5"-7" diamond tip dumped over axle. I personally think it sounds great. Real deep grunt and doesn't have that obnoxious rattle type noise like most v6s

I like your bumper lights. Exhaust looks kinda cool, too.

I had something nice to say.
