Yeah, I was pretty pleased with it.
S&G sucks. I actually have started commuting via a new route home from the office because it lets me dodge a bunch of stop lights. It's not actually any faster and it's more miles, but I don't have to deal with the headache of afternoon traffic.

 

I will typically drive out of the way to avoid traffic also. The problem with leaving Boston is, there are only so many ways to get out of this hell hole and every other Masshole has the same idea and in a similar time frame...

Yeah... well, I get maybe 16!... towing nothing! Because a lower number is better!... right? No?

 

I used to use the scissor jack from my Subaru to raise the LCA up to get the front tire off the ground.

Not exactly practical on the side of the road but worked fine in the garage since I was a bum without a floor jack.

EDIT:

I nearly got MMCFLY for the last truck but the wife leaned in on that one. She puts up with a lot of my general stupidity and dorkiness so when she asked for a pass on that one I said sure.

Hm... Noticed some issues on the truck today. The driverside axle seems to be leaking a bit where it goes into the drive train. Not a huge about but enough to make that area all dark. Secondly my steering is a lot stiffer after off roading... Fluid level is fine. I'm going to lube the yoke and see if that helps. Thirdly both my uca ball joint boots are shot but camburg is sending me some poly boots to fix the crappy moog boots.

And lastly... Exhaust leak but that's the last of my concerns.

Have you done the ECGS bushing yet?

 

Both my front axles used to leak. Not a puddle on the floor leak, just wet and dirty at the front differential. It never caused any issues. I wouldn't worry about it.
