Oh yeah. Toyota called me last week....literally a day after I got my High Clearance bumper installed and told me they want my truck "downed" due to the rear diff leak. Unknown ETA on parts. If something happened Toyota could deny coverage if i continued to drive it

Well like I said I'm fine with it, though I just read back through and at least 3 of us expressed interest in Saturday over Sunday but the date was never discussed for them.

All I'm saying is if somebody wants to go Saturday I will go then too.

It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
HAHA. they wouldnt let me drive mine while i was waiting on a new odometer! took a month :(

Yeah, they were really nice about it. He said "I can't make you bring it back but I can't promise Toyota will cover it if something happens" I figured worst case is I'm keeping miles off of it and getting 35 MPG in the Camry haha

EXACTLY! Haha that's what I told my wife. I just took a new job so I no longer have a company truck so the taco will be my daily until I buy a beater to rack miles up on. It happened at a pretty good time lol hoping to have a beater by then

yall can go sat if you want. the thing is that originally this whole ride started with me and chris wanting to go over a month ago. we just wanted to go, whoever else was welcome but we def wanted to go. then a poll was made and most ppl voted for dates that were much farther away that i ever intended. then chris revived it, knowing i could only go on sundays. at that point nobody was even confirmed attending. because the dates we wanted to go had already passed and even though everyone else voted for the later dates the thread still died.

so we said cool and alot of other ppl said they could make it. i know @Davtopgun cant which sucks and i guess someone else. but its like i was the original one trying to do this ride and it keeps getting reschelduled out of my control lmao.

not bitching im all for group rides, more the better. id just like to attend the ones that i initiate lol

Lol and that's fine, I was never informed till a few minutes ago that you couldn't do saturday. Like I said all I was ever told was football. I'm not trying to change the date for you or everybody I'm just personally more inclined to go on Saturday and when I spoke to Leah she said she was too so that's why I posted asking. Then the butt hurt commenced as it always does, thanks for a good response rich.

Technically, yes. Willingly, no. I'll be travelling almost 28 hours door to door and arrive Friday night around 9:30 at home.

im not mad. i honestly dont care if yall want to go sat. i mean whatever is better for most ppl is the way to go. i was really just trying to point out the comedy factor in that i wanted to go in 2 weeks, then everybody voted for later, so i didnt go, then nobody went anyway at the later date. is it just me or is that funny lol

now it kinda seems like deja vue with chris reviving it for the 17th at my suggestion, and its looking like some would rather go on the 16th now which i cant do.

you see what im saying? its funny lol

but in all seriousness yall just decide what you want to do ive been itching to ride dirtbike too so i can do that on sunday, no big deal

Lol nah you've got plenty to go Sunday, and I'll still go if nobody wants to go saturday. I'm just more inclined to actually wheel on saturday. I have a strong feeling I'm breaking a CV this weekend so I'd like the time to deal with that...probably should've ordered one...lol

Irrelevant. I am the smart one. I get to drink beer and hang with my chums and never worry about breaking anything more than a pop tab on an ice cold beverage.

Actually now you do not have an excuse...you have a brand new (to you) DD. I'll tow your ass home if you break something.

if you were hardcore youd go sat with those whod also rather. then camp, engage in bonfires, alcohols, and shenannigans, then do it over again on sunday. :notsure:

going to be just as hot as AOP though if not worse :D
