    If any of ya'll going go the AOAA meet at the end of the month you can check out my cap. I do have issues but it snow balled from messing with it and I've hit some rough trails so my flaws kinda make sense.

    I have tent and awning on cap and Thule box and offroad shower on prinsu cab rack.

    Mine gave up about tw but still complain about boxes at the door every now and then :laugh:
    I don't think you shoud worry about it. You new shell rack distribute the weigh all over the topper, and I red somewhere that when you pop open the rtt, the ladder take some weigh to the ground, so less on the top, so good for 2 person and a dawg!

    @TYetti is THE reference about modding a 4banger to be unstoppable!

    I just read the same thing. I think I'll just continue with my plan as is! Maybe get some bedside stiffeners as I read some other cases of cracked bedsides. I thought it was a load of BS, but better safe than sorry.
