Check the model number they sent you - one guy on here got tundra billies instead of Tacoma and had similar results.

Here are pics of the top hats and of the Bilstein box that they came in. It's too late to look for the number on the shock on the truck. The rubber isolator is pretty thick, around 1/4", so that's probably what's getting it up to 3" instead of 2.5"

I dropped it down one notch and it looks level. I'll get it aligned in the morning and report back when I get it back from them.

New measurements with 3/4 tank of gas and an alignment-

    FD 21 3/4"
    FP 22"
    RD 21 7/8"
    RP 22 1/2"

Looks level, rides smoother, time for the Six Shooter Wheels and 265/70R17 Grabber AT2's!

I asked the service manager to get the camber to 0deg and caster at 2-3deg and he tried to educate me about manufacturers specs blah blah blah. Next time I go in for an alignment I am going to take the skid plate off and in the Firestone parking lot, crawl under the truck and ROYALLY screw up the alignment. The passenger side was in spec so they didn't even touch it. They didn't touch the front lower control arm adjusters probably because the skid plate was in the way. Next time they will actual do what I paid them for....
