It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
thats exactly why they want "universal background checks"

    they want a registry.

i believe in the 2nd amendment to the core of my heart. imo it is the most important amendment. we are at an advantage gun wise, but we are losing the war people wise

If you don't need an accessory rail, and don't need an "ambi slide release" (I don't know why on a glock, you should just slingshot that bitch), you can probably find a Gen 2 Glock for cheap... That's pretty much what the Gen 5 is - no finger grooves and the little notch in front to rip out your mag...

I was fortunate to pick up a used Gen 2 Glock 19, professionally stippled, for the low low price of $350 a couple years back.

gen 5 has a smaller grip overall, better texture, bigger mag release, ambi slide lock, reversible mag release, better trigger due to the ramped firing pin safety, flared magwell, orange followers, sliperier coating, better internals as far as connector etc

After thousands of rounds in it's lifetime, my Gen 2 shoots as well as my Gen 4 with a Haley Skimmer trigger. Invest in good sights and lots of practice ammo. You swear a Glock will ever shoot as well as a fine-tuned Les Baer, or a classic S&W M66 wheel gun, or a West German-made SIG P-series - which I also have.

its a duty gun. the sights are also harder plastic and have a bigger notch in the rear. but i bet youve never had a plastic pair of glock sights fail on you. have you?

It comes down to preference. I never had a problem with stock Glock sights, but I'd rather have a big bright chartreuse glow-in-the dark front sight to focus on.

arent you supposed to focus on your target and let the front sight come into the picture

I'm not gonna bother arguing about how you shoot, but I focus on the front sight, and do pretty damn well.

We were extremely lucky, the eye went to the west coast. My parents house and my house received no damage from IRMA. All of my "jewelry" is safe. I just got off from working a double in naples. Naples on the other hand got HAMMERED.
